@missguidedsheep I think the most important thing is the belief in a program and the user thinking it will work, the stimulus doesn't matter all that much compared to the placebo of belief that it will
It's not something I'd run, for example I'd do weighted/band resisted press ups over floor press, but then I don't really like floor press. I'd also do a whole load of chin ups, of which you have none.
And if you want hypertrophy, where's the curls?
