What must I do to get a harder and bigger body?

@poolchick3 Just gotta keep on cutting until you’re at a body weight you’re content with, then bulk and re cut. You’re going to need to get “smaller” to shed all that fat. You’re never going to look “hard” carrying that much fat.
 
@poolchick3 You don't have to cut and then bulk. You could flip the order -- bulk and then cut.

The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn on a daily basis. Which can potentially make it easier to cut, if you can stick to a calorie deficit.
