Working out last at night.

@christdisciple I have to work out late - I started using the pre workout and it really seems to help. I don't use it all the time, just when I'm "not feeling it".

I've had no trouble sleeping - always in bed for around half 11 and up at half 5.

Also found having a strict routine helps - I like to track progress, so the thought of getting a new higher weight/rep count often motivates me enough.
