C25K isn't working for me

@indekee When I first started couch to 5K I was taking small jumps - especially at the beginning.

From 1 min to 1.5 to 2. If you can do 3 minutes try 4 minutes. Or 3.5 minutes of you can't do 4. Slow progress is still progress. You can always add extra weeks in between to make smaller jumps.
