@jonjones229 I’m sorry but why are they cheering on someone fighting through a back injury. I love crossfit but sometimes you say no I need to quit this workout. It’s bad for my body.
@jarvis75 On the other hand, Ellie's a qualified Physiotherapist, so she may have judged initially that she could push through. Tough seeing her and her family like that
@jarvis75 I’m not watching live, but there is money on the line based on placement and she’s probably trying to make the cut. Professional athletes sometimes have to play through injury.
@leebarnes Yes, if they cannot continue due to injury they retain the points they already got. So if she makes the cut and gets 30th she would at least lock that in.
@williamandcarol They talked about it on spin podcast. At end of the sand bag workout she told her judge “I have a bad back” and couldn’t even bend over to sign her score card.
