@dawn16 Just maintenance. If you check out my original 1 year progress post, I really feel like I made most of my gains in that first year. You can see here that even by the start of 2016 I had gone through a significant transformation.

Maintaining a perfect GPA and working towards good internships was really important to me, so I'd start to fall out of shape each semester, and then work hard over breaks to get back to where I was. I'd go through phases of practicing handstands, then go 5 months without being inverted. Etc, etc.

Climbing has really changed my approach, as I'm no longer interested in bulking up at all. Any weight that I put on now has to serve a purpose.
