80 Gram Protein Pizza (Easy Recipe)

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 TBSP of quick rise yeast
  • 1 & 1/2 cup tap water
  • 1 TBSP sugar
  • 3 TSP melted butter/butter substitute
  • Toppings (I eat vegan, and I get this fake sausage which drives up my price)
  • Vegan cheese (I use Miyoko's spreadable pizza cheese)
  • Seasonings (Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, a lot of itallian seasoning)
  • Pizza sauce
Recipe is pretty simple. Mix flour and seasonings. Put water mixed with sugar in the microwave for 30ish seconds (should feel slightly warm), add the yeast, and let that rise for 10 minutes. Add to the larger bowl along with melted butter and mix. Knead for 8 minutes or so, then cover and let rise for an hour. Once you spread it out and top it, put it in the oven at 450 deg. F for 15 minutes.

Is there anything I am missing or you would add/take away?
 
@jamesalbright My point is more that this meal is only 80g of protein because it's a lot of food. You could say the same if eating 4 cups of oatmeal.

Not trying to be salty, but this only really becomes high protein if you use a field roast sausage inn it, in which case this is less about the pizza and more about field roast sausages just being high in protein.
