I don’t know if this is considered “active” or “heavy activity” or even “lightly active” in the TDEE calculators…
Mon - Fri every day =
30 min stationary bike
30-40 min walk/run (like 10-15 min mile here, let’s not go crazy)
20min yoga(m/w/f) / weightlifting (Tue/Th)
Weekends are usually active with a small child, so walking, playing, running, etc. and sometimes a 20 min bike ride in there. Nothing structured.
What do you think this clarifies me as? If I enter active/heavy active it’s got me TDEE as like 2100+ for 5‘2“ (more like 5‘1.5”), which seems like a lot, but I’ll take it. Right now 155 Trying to lose weight after 18 mo of breastfeeding and it’s a slow journey. I don’t think the pregnancy destroyed me, but the breastfeeding munchies certainly did.
