5’3” ladies over 30, what are your maintenance calories and activity level?

@freds I'm 41 and solidly into perimenopause (had my uterus and part of an ovary out last year which rushed things along a bit).

5'3.5", 130, maintained on 1700 with occasional bodyweight exercises and rock climbing 2-3 days a week.
 
@freds I’m 41 5.4 120 lbs and maintain on 2800. 3300 weekends. I walk 7 miles every single day and lift heavy three times a week
 
@freds 5’1 and 31. 125 pounds. Athletic build.

I don’t count calories. I eat when I’m hungry or when it’s been a while.

Barre 4x weekly; yoga 2-3x weekly; Daily walks.
