After 6.5 months and -46lbs by CICO only, I finally went to the gym for the first time today!

And I learned that my muscles are floppy spaghetti noodles. But that's okay! I can't wait to put in some more work. My husband came with me today, so it was nice to have the support to stay motivated. Does anyone have any recommendations for developing a plan for the gym? I used to do weight training when I was young, but it's been a good 15 years. Gyms are totally different experiences now and I need a refresher.
 
@lovelysoul13 A basic program should encompass a push and a pull movement in each direction. I do recommend either hiring a trainer to work with you to start or finding a program designed by a professional trainer. Pay attention to proper form and don't try to go too hard too fast, that is a recipe for injury/burnout.
