Always getting side stitches no matter what I try.

Hello. I really love running but no matter what I do I always get side stitches and it hurts so bad making me stop my running which is sad because all I wanna do is run and be good at running. I did these to prevent the side stitches and yet I still get it.:

-Not eating for 2–3 hours before you take part in physical activity
-Avoiding foods and drinks that are high in concentrated sugars, like fruit juice, before you work out
-Stretching your sides before you exercise by leaning to either side while raising your arms
-Regulating your breathing
-Warming up before you start exercising.

If anyone has a solution to this please do tell. Because I’d love to run without worrying about the side stitches. Thank you.
