@graced1257 I do pushup/mountain climber sets. Its pretty rough, kinda like burpees I guess. So 30-40 pushups, then 30-40 mountain climbers per leg, then 30-40 more pushups and 30-40 more mountain climbers. That's one set without stopping.
@dawn16 Thanks for the suggestion! I wasn't aware of that variation and I like that it doesn't involve the jumping of the typical burpee. My space isn't good for jumping, plus I've been trying to do more exercises that have more fluid motion which are less harsh the joints. I may one up that navy seal burpee, do a spiderman pushup on each side into the navy seal burpee, squat, then back down again into the spiderman pushup
@ekulluap It’s always fun to mix up the variations. Most of the time I just set a timer for 20 minutes and see how many I can get done during that time.
