@acorn324 The progressions inbetween those two skills would probably be things like PB Victorian Cross and other FL skills, right?
I am honestly not quite so sure about that one since many of these posterior chain skills are quite messy in muscle activation.

@personalizedbook I think this is very useful but for a different reason than mine might be. The one you linked shows the progressions and makes it easy for people to get into bodyweight traing (kind of like a follow along), whereas mine is more useful for chosing advanced goals and the construction of personal training programs.
