So systemic MRV isn’t real, same with local MRV?

@cybernetic As I understand it, CNS fatigue as a direct result of TRAINING is not really a thing. To keep it simple, think in terms of:
  • CNS = Brain
  • Muscles = Well, muscles
When you do something like a deadlift, it fatigued the absolute heck out of your muscles. They’re being ripped apart and destroyed and then they need to be repaired (hence the fatigue). It doesn’t necessarily fatigue the heck out of your brain. You’re more likely to experience “CNS fatigue” from not eating or sleeping enough.

I think the idea that doing a deadlift wears out your CNS is a tough sell. You’re just not having to “coordinate” your body that hard during any kind of strength training.
