R ready123 New member Jun 19, 2024 #62 @steve2219 I do eat 100% whole food plant based, but the food is so dense to get the right amount of macros, that’s where I’m struggling. One meal a day works for me to maintain where I’m at, but I’m trying to build muscle currently.
