@chickenbaltiriceandnaan Not particularly, just good warmups and stretching and a lot of shoulder exercises. I’ve got some pretty strong shoulders so I haven’t had any problems yet.
@possibletarian Honestly, just did more dips lol, I’ve never followed any program aside from just doing more and heavier. I try to max out every single workout. If one day I managed to do 90lbs at least 5 times, then the next day I’ll do like three sets with that, and one set with 100lbs and so on, not that I’m jumping 10lbs every day but you get the idea hopefully. Just constantly trying to rep just a bit more weight than the day before. I’m doing the same with pull-ups and I’m about 10lbs behind dips.
@bibbigo Exact same as dips so far. I’ve been training both exercises pretty consistently the same weight, reps, days. Also a goal of mine to reach a b/w pull up pretty soon.
