Gym bench progress

I’m currently 15 and go gym 5 times a week sometimes 6 depending on what I’m feeling and bench 80kg. I wanna get too 100 as soon as but I’m not sure what’s best? Should I do more reps but less weight(8-12) or more weight but less reps(6-8) any advice is amazing
 
@wobert I almost never do bench with a barbell. I always did incline dumbbell, flat dumbbell, and weighted dips on chest day. Then i did shoulders another day and did dumbbell presses. Always "to failure" with a goal of 10. As soon as i got 10 i went up 5 pounds. In about 2 years i went from 45lb dumbbells to 130lb dumbbells and my bench went from about 185 to 355. Accessory work is just as important as the actual bench.
 
@aeworld As a powerlifter who benches 360lbs, the most I’ve benched in a week is 4x a week

Idk who tf you’re talking about that benches 6x a week lmfao
