Gym Bench Recommendations?

Been 2-3 months since I've started working out. I currently have a dumbell rod with 5KG, and 2.5KG Rubber plates; 50KG Total.

I'm currently following this 4 Day workout. I need a bench to do exercise like:
  • Chest Supported Dumbbell Row
  • Dumbell Bench Press
  • Hamstring Curl
  • etc..
Any recommendations? (around 4-8K)

Relevent Details:

I was 80KG like a year ago. Currently at 63.7KG. I was not doing strength training during that period, only mild cardio.

I was doing a 3 day workout before. I can currently do 10KG Bicep Curl, 12.5KG Shoulder Press, 20-35KG Leg Exercises, 17.5KG Tricep Extension and 15KG Floor Press.
