@aramar Same. I haven't been boxing as I used to when it was sunny and hot. The boxing gym is just a few blocks from my house so I only walk. I can't even bring my car because there is no parking so I can't go when it pours.

@aramar I work as a paralegal 8:30 am to 5 pm and have 6pm to 9pm classes on weekdays (law school). I wake up before 6am drive to the mall which is 5 mins away to go to gym every day. Sometimes I walk but bahain dito so now i drive.
workout 6:00-7:30 with supersets if i dont have enough time. I workout heavy but with efficiency, nasanay na ako sa routine ko. Alternating between strength and jhypertrophy days.
You feel lazy? thats a lack of motivation which is normal. What we need in pursuing out fitness goals is not motivation but discipline.
on days i feel most lazy i just force myself to go to the gym. Sometimes drink some coffee. Pag nasa gym na ako sinisipagan ako kasi naeenjoy ko din ung workout ko.
@aramar Bukod sa comfort place ang gym for me, nanghihinayang sa monthly na bayad at nakakaramdam ng guilt everytime na lumipas ang buong araw na hindi ako nakapag lift ng weights. Discipline is the key ika nga
