Not only on your body, but on your mind. Being consistent is one of the most important attitudes you can learn at this age. You make your own choices now, not your parents. So you need to answer to yourself.

@sundaysmorning I'm 16, not overweight, actually kind of underweight (5'7", 120lbs) and I do a lot of cycling. After a long ride we went to get pizza. I surprised myself when I finished a whole medium pizza by myself.
 
@sundaysmorning Don't know... I had the pleasure of observing my brother's eating habits during his teens, and I came to the understanding that teen boys only spend about 5 minutes decimating half a loaf of bread due to a technique called "teleport food into their stomachs". Or..?
