@rickerc Great progress. Just a quick note on your diet... Without eating fish, you may want to start taking some Fish Oil (not Omega 3 only) pills. And if you add Capsicum Peppers into your eggs, or dinner, then you don't need the Vit C pills. That way, it shouldn't be much of a price difference to what you're spending now.

Or you could add in some canned tuna/sardines/mussels/oysters in there somewhere. Like, eat only 5 sandwiches, or make 1-2 of the sandwiches seafood based.
 
@mahlalie in Portugal we have Quark and they call it "skyr yogurths" , some iceland recipe, it has almost zero fats and +-15g of protein. they are allways sold out in Lidl, the supermarket that brought those here
 
@mahlalie Its the food of gods. Protein for dayyss. I flavor mine with some syrup and its grand for breakfast...others like to stick some nuts and bananas in there.
