@alexis82 I would not really feel proud about this, seek professional help or look up youtube videos about calories in and calories out, educate yourself and take care of your body
@alexis82 Limiting carbs is the key here. We store sugars in our body as starch and these attract water. About three, four, ish kilos of it, depends on the size of the person. You would have lost water weight on your diet in the beginning and that's probably about half the amount of weight you've lost, the rest being fat. You can keep track of fat losses by taking measurements and working out body fat percentage.
