At the end you have to gauge yourself as a beginner and try to make sure you have a decent lv of intensity. Check athlen x, jeff nippard, everydamndayfitness and greg deucette. They are all great and vary in approach to excersise so you can choose!
 
@420jesus Lol or just go to the gym, squat, you will get a better workout from squatting with a barbell on your back and learning that movement than anything here
 
@wrm11 The list has a lot of good stuff, the thing is most beginners don’t have the technique to do half of these so i kinda agree.

I coached people that cant lift the squat bar so there is a place for them to use things like this
