My ab journey (with pictures)

@jferna6 As hard as it might be...try giving up running entirely. Switch to HIIT twice a week, strength training twice a week, yoga twice a week. Give yourself three months and reevaluate.
 
@sneebuck Monday - glutes/hamstrings/abs

Tuesday - chest/shoulders/triceps/abs

Wednesday - biceps/back/abs

Thursday - quads/abs

Saturday - hike (I literally clench my stomach for every step to activate my abs still LOL)
