@dontdosadness This is awesome news!!! I’m excited to start with this community on Jan.1
Will the progressions and such evolve throughout the year? Is this the over arching plan, or is this beginner program going to be tailored to a new RR?
@dontdosadness I just made an account to post here. Definitely felt intimidated by the RR. Here's hoping this new one will be what I need to slowly get into bwf.
@dontdosadness I think this will be great for beginners to cut down on the reading and get exercising (hopefully but it still sounds like quite a bit of reading). May I also recommend to assume they know nothing about it so try to use the simplest terms possible and no abbreviations.
@dontdosadness As someone who's been doing the RR since mid May and have plataued in may areas and nearing max in most other areas with not really knowing where to go next, this is wonderful news. Also glad you're doing the newbie thing, which is something I wish existed in my early days due to jumping straight into the RR gave me some injuries in the beginning month or two.
@dontdosadness Commenting late, but I want to say I am very excited about this also! I have been doing the RR with my own little modifications over a year now. I have gotten to the point where I can do one ring muscle up every once in a while, and can hold levers sort of so so. I am very much looking forward to the GST and the weighted modification, because I am sure I could use more structure and guidance as I try to become less of a newbie.
Thanks for all you do, and thanks to this wonderful community!!
