@dontdosadness I'm excited to see an easier starting point!

How do these compare to the Move routines? Would it still be worth following that track for beginners interested in more mobility and skills?
 
@dontdosadness Nick! Today I’m doing day 13 of the primer.
I’m just starting to dig in to what it really is, where it came from, and where it might help me take myself.

I have to give a massive shout if thanks. I understand it’s been a bit of a massive undertaking - as I can see from what you’ve made available!

I’m 54, 260lb and only 1.78m, so there was no way I could have approached the rr in any meaningful way without a lot of guidance. The primer has given me that exact guidance.

I’m managing all of the exercises, and on a couple I feel I’ll be ready to move on a progression fairly soon. The incline on my push-ups can probably reduce as soon as I get into the 3 day routine.

I can say how grateful I am for your efforts.
 
@dontdosadness Hi, first of all thank you for the dedication and all the work, it’s amazing that you stayed committed to programming and helping even during your master’s.

Unfortunately since I’ve already progressed a lot on the RR I am beyond completion for the BWSF. Do you know roughly when you’ll finish the follow ups (specifically the skills focused one)?
