One stop solution to L-sit and V-sit problems

Many of you might be having some difficulties with your L-sit journey. Maybe you are confused about the progressions or you having some problem in programming for L-sit or you are unable to increase your hold time or you want to take a step forward and learn a V-sit.

I have created a YouTube playlist which can serve as a one stop solution for all the common L-sit and V-sit issues.

@cbsmel Cool, I'll be happy to take a look.

I'm in a weird place in my journey here, I can do a 20 second L-Sit on the floor and about 2 second V-Sit. (super high, straight legs, looks great)

But I CANNOT manage to go from L-Sit to V-Sit, my butt hits the ground in the transition.
 
@jstraf4 Shoulders and core mostly. But like OP was saying it works others too like your triceps, back, quads and a little glutes as well. At least for me anyway
