@nickaustin I have a scoop in my oats in the morning and another in my shake later on in the day. Currently on about 210g protein on my 2700 calorie cut.
@nickaustin depending on where you live you may find it cheaper than actual food sources. I currently have this issue so rely on protein shakes as my main protein source
@nickaustin Most days 0, on 4,000 calories a day so 99 times out of 100 I've hit my protein goal by the time I hit my calories. In the rare case I haven't i'll have 1 Scoop before bed to round out my cals/Protein
