PSA: Silken tofu is under rated

@piggybank Silken tofu is great blended and then mixed in with coconut milk in Thai curry or laksa - gives a lovely texture as well as extra protein

I’m a totally slut for ranch but usu I got store bought vegan options and I’ve tried some made with cashews before but not really the same. This tofu has me intrigued lol

@piggybank I love making a green sauce with silken tofu, great on tacos, sandwiches, noodles, and more.

I just roast up onions and whatever green chillies I've got then blend with silken tofu and a bunch of cilantro. Kinda my sour cream replacement for tacos.

It can also be used in tons of other sauces of course

Oh and if I'm making breakfast for enough people I really prefer the texture of tofu scramble when it's half silken, half medium-firm
