Reached 53.4 KG but Still Have Belly Fat

@typingsound Based on my achieving 45% muscle / 10% body fat, I can give advice on how I got here in hopes it works for you.

It sounds like you are tracking nutrition, so great there!

Are you checking your body fat levels?

Grab an Omron scale and track your progress there.

Otherwise, start running.
Aim for a speed that maintains a zone 2 (fat burn) HR.

If you stick with that for a year or so I guarantee you will be pleased with the results.
 
@typingsound Geez man you should probably be at least 70-75kg.

From that picture you seem to be pretty muscular so I find it hard to believe at that height that you weight less than many women of far slighter build.

I'm 174cm at 85kg reasonably muscular and maybe fluctuate between 16-22% body fat idk?
