RPM Speed Rope Session 4.0 vs. Froning SR-1F Speed Rope 2.0

Hi,

I have a "Froning SR-1F Speed Rope 2.0". Is there a huge difference to the RPM? Is is worth getting the RPM?

@princeandqueens94 the froning rope is fine if you're comfortable with it. i had one prior to my rpm.

i really liked my rpm for the most part, but the tiny handles didn't fit my hands well. i prefer the rx smart gear handles.

is it worth it? if you're going to be around CF for a while and want a good rope, i'd say it's worth it.

Do you know by chance if it's a lot faster than the froning (meaning the spin of the handle)?

@princeandqueens94 speed is determined more by your action. the rpm might be slightly smoother and perceived as "faster" and using less effort, but that all comes down to individual perception, no real way to quantify that.

@hannahmae26 Thank you! Just asked because if I spin my Froning it stops after about 1 minute. The RX commercial YT vid in Autralia stops after about 20 secs. Faster is the wrong word

@princeandqueens94 I went from the Froning SR-1F to an RPM Session and literally could do double unders instantly. Not even exaggerating, the RPM is so much "quicker" and smooth that I just had them.

"quicker" meaning more revolution per sec or minute. Don't know how to count this properly . If it's smoother it may spin longer, too?!!?
