@runningwithfire For gains I eat beans/bean pasta, add tomato sauce + 1 tbsp. milled flax + rosemary + chopped garlic, garnish with parsley

Steamed brocolli, cauliflower, large brown mushroom, brussel sprout, radish, carrot, shallot, 1 clove garlic, top with mustard (no sugar added), paprika

Try to add turmeric, oregano, thyme, marjoram, sage and celery

Habanero hot sauce and/or kim chi

Nutritional yeast, omega-3 supplement, vitamin D

high protein nuts/seeds,

Mixed root vegetables or oats

Berries, stone fruit, apples, citrus

Adding whole chia seeds as a satiating food for cutting, or miso soup for electrolyte replenishment

Hemp seed protein, pumpkin seed protein, pea protein mix with creatine, cocoa, kale powder for gains
