@redcake All of the above. For example, my program has given me a low bodyfat (~10%), I can bench my bodyweight ~15-18x, squat it +30x, resting heart rate is
 
@gbeach I’m in the same boat, so much info and conflicting views. So tempting to take steroids but the negatives out way the positives so I want stay natural but finding the right way is hard
