@chibisensei21 Anything mono structural. An hour long metcon where your HR is in zone 2 does not count what I mean is Like biking and power cleans would not be ideal because those cleans are a glycolytic event. My advise is swimming or biking. They for me are the least taxing on the joints when I’m training hard in CF.
@usnuzuloose If you’re on the bike next to me and having a conversation doesn’t leave you gasping for air then your right there. Zone 2 is a heart rate zone and zone 2 training where you take advantage of your metabolic systems and strengthen aerobic pathways through long duration training.
