@jaimez Whew I love this. I want to do my cardio and lift lightly like, Not hurt myself. And exert like crazy. I LOOOOVE this. Just so much. Thank you.
@jaimez Hi OP, just reading your previous posts. I also have lymphedema in lower legs. Have you found this improved with weight training? I found my calves get really swollen after a run.
@jaimez YES. I remember struggling last Nov/Dec and ended up gaining 6 pounds. I hit my goal weight in October and have been maintaining, ate basically the same as the holiday prior and gained zero pounds! I love being in maintenance! I still track the best I can but I don’t get that sunk feeling if I go over and going over a little doesn’t seem to make much of an impact either.
