@smille I’ve got back issues and find that if I make a habit of getting up every half hour it helps alleviate the stress. I use that time to go grab some water, stretch, and use the bathroom if need be. Days when I don’t do that I REALLY feel it in my back. Good luck.
@smille I exercise at least 5 days a week and cut/split firewood on the weekends. Have a family history of joint/back pain. What keeps me from the issue, which I have from time to time, is stretching everyday whenever the free moment presents itself and at least 1 of my workout days is yoga or Pilates. I am a furniture maker so I don’t sit in a chair for long periods of time but I always try to focus on posture and maintaining flexibility. Not sure if this is any help but my 2 cents.
