Working from home may destroy my back

@smille I’ve got back issues and find that if I make a habit of getting up every half hour it helps alleviate the stress. I use that time to go grab some water, stretch, and use the bathroom if need be. Days when I don’t do that I REALLY feel it in my back. Good luck.

@smille If you have amazon kindle unlimited, a few books that are pretty short but very interesting. Coach Dan John pointed me to them. https://www.amazon.com/Pressing-Reset-Original-Strength-Reloaded-ebook/dp/B07BH358BG , https://www.amazon.com/Becoming-Bulletproof-Project-Discovering-Within-ebook/dp/B07Q1JWSC9/and https://www.amazon.com/Original-Strength-Performance-Next-Level-ebook/dp/B07H9N2XQL/ choose one of the three that seems interesting and give it a read. He has a youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/OriginalStrengthSys the rolling is what has helped me the most...
. I am at home right now too so I need these suckers even more now. I don't have my standing desk at home and I need a new chair !! :(

@smille I exercise at least 5 days a week and cut/split firewood on the weekends. Have a family history of joint/back pain. What keeps me from the issue, which I have from time to time, is stretching everyday whenever the free moment presents itself and at least 1 of my workout days is yoga or Pilates. I am a furniture maker so I don’t sit in a chair for long periods of time but I always try to focus on posture and maintaining flexibility. Not sure if this is any help but my 2 cents.
