Your top 5 toughest xfit workouts

@saraila I felt pretty rough! The pull-ups were ok, but the run was a grind. Took me about an hour and 50 minutes to get through it. I only did it once, in 2013 ish. Iā€™ve never been super interested in trying it again, haha.
 
@saraila Simple but terrible.

2k row for time
Starting at 1 minute, do a burpee
Minute 2, 2 burpees, etc..until you hit 2k
0/10 - would not recommend
 
@saraila Your list will change. Murph isn't that bad, just grindy. My personal worst WODS are:

We did this in a full class, only 2 of us got back on the rower the 2nd time.

Kalsu is probably the worst but I'll never do it.
 
@tay1964 I'm 6', 225lbs. I'm not built for bodyweight movements. That was a slog. I was like 1hour 26 minutes.

I doubt I'll ever do Kalsu. It reminds me of a comp I did last year. We had to do 30X135 S2OH followed by 30 squat cleans. I bang out my 30 S2OH like a boss in 1 unbroken set and get to the squat cleans well before anyone else. My god I was the last one to finish the squat cleans. I can squat 350lbs but my squat stamina is hot garbage which is why I'll never do Kalsu.

I could be talked into 95lb Kalsu but never 135lbs.
