15 y/o Bodyweight Transformation 7 months

@dawn16 Decades old? It's supposed to have been 7 months.

Also, it's not even the same body. Look at the moles in the original pic. They are nowhere to be seen in the new pics.

I doubt that part of his progress was to remove moles.
 
@cabalauxz I honestly didnt think id last as long as i did so i didnt have any pics from when i started, that was one from my holiday :) im a little skeptical about using my face in these pics, but if thats enough to get people to stop saying its fake thats fine? :)
 
@dianalouise1983 Damn... after i quit competitive swimming, i got fatter in my freshman year at uni.

Glad to see a 15 year old having such a drive. This is really motivating!

May I ask how long do you rest between each set, and do you have time limit to finish each set? (im new to this thing)
 
@paaatrick 1 min between sets however if you are looking to lose weight also, maybe lower it to 30 seconds but then adjust reps for higher intensity, and thank you.. theres nothing better than to know you have motivated someone :D
