15 y/o Bodyweight Transformation 7 months

@well768737 I started to eat more, maybe 5 times a day and completely cut the junk food out.. i learned to love healthy food, the only thing i really changed was eating post workout, i always have an apple, can of tuna, dry crisp bread, cottage cheese and a glass of milk post workout :)
 
@sawco Sorry, this is my first post on reddit so i dont really get it yet.. could you please explain to me what i did wrong so i dont do it again? and thanks for correcting it :)

@christina89 If your muscle is sore to the point where it limits your range of motion or is very sore to the touch, take a break.. however some muscle soreness is good, i like that pain because i know my muscle will grow :)
