@well768737 I started to eat more, maybe 5 times a day and completely cut the junk food out.. i learned to love healthy food, the only thing i really changed was eating post workout, i always have an apple, can of tuna, dry crisp bread, cottage cheese and a glass of milk post workout

@dianalouise1983 Not gonna lie, I'm going to steal this and start on Monday. Dunno how much of "leg day" I'll do, because I cycle Saturday/Sunday. We'll see!
@dianalouise1983 What advice would you have for someone just starting out? In terms of resting? Do you just workout through the soreness or is it better to wait for the muscle to heal?
@christina89 If your muscle is sore to the point where it limits your range of motion or is very sore to the touch, take a break.. however some muscle soreness is good, i like that pain because i know my muscle will grow
