@p31girlintraining I think the RR is a little too tailored to beginners, I would find some free programs from Tom Merrick or gabo saturno if you want to work towards skills
@button Thanks for replying. I do agree with that. My plan is to follow rr and on rest days do the "skill day" from r/bodyweightfitness until my progress slows. Then I transition to this program from antranik https://antranik.org/bodyweight-training/ which essentially includes all of the skills I want to learn. Thoughts?
