6 Months update

@bearring Skating bowls is really good cardio. My HR monitor showed avg BPM 155 peaking at 185. I'm dropping in about every 3 minutes. I skate 45 min to 90 min.

I resistance train 2 or 3 times a week.
 
@beaud20 I skate street mostly, so it's not quite as good but i have learned a bit more stuff now so I'm pumping bowls into hips and doing some lines which is a bit more of a workout than it was at first!
