6 mos update - M/35/5’10

@breezee Right on man. Q1 2021 routine is all I got for now. I’ll probably start on alternate grips so I can maybe get a controlled muscle up one day.

Looking for any and all gear and new progression recos
 
@rkenoke Working on achieving the same reps as you. In the time you did this is really inspiring.
Can you tell if just calorie deficit with RR is enough for weight loss or cardio is necessary? And do you really need a very high protein diet, I currently take about 60g protein (90 recommended).
 
@wwwhhh Oh cool. Thought it looked shady for a sec but actually some decent info in there. Thinking about cassein to help my nighttime munchies and regulate my sleep.
