@rkenoke Working on achieving the same reps as you. In the time you did this is really inspiring.
Can you tell if just calorie deficit with RR is enough for weight loss or cardio is necessary? And do you really need a very high protein diet, I currently take about 60g protein (90 recommended).
@rkenoke Did you mostly lose fat, or also gain muscle mass? I don't really look much at progress pics, but this looks like a really fast transformation to me.
