Can barely do pushups solved!

@sgj Woah I'm surprised. He seemed legit. I took some of his advice for posture. There's also a hole workout video from it not sure if it's legit now...

@sgj He might not lift super heavy but hes not pretending to be a powerlifter. Its pretty ridiculous to say he doesnt lift often though. Jeffs in great shape, and that doesnt happen any other way

@prajva Never pay money for workout routines. Everything you need to know is online. Nutrition, exercise progressions and regressions, technique, this that - everything’s online.

I have no problem with people selling workout routines, but you really don’t have to buy them.

@prajva Yes. All you have to look at is Jessie. Dude has been “training” under Jeff for how long now? Looks like he’s got a year under his belt.

@bcity Tbf, and I hate defending Asslean x, Jessie isn't actually training under Jeff. Plus he has some head issues.

That aside, he still has no dudes that he trained to a high level

@bcity Ones he trained from nothing, nope. I have yet to find a trainee that he actually trained and that weren't already in great shape(aka those superstars he works with)

@sgj A friend of mine tried one of his programs and lost a lot of weight. It's how you take advantage of the program with proper dieting and whatnot.

@bobbarnes81 Jeff Cavaliere is an author, lecturer, YouTuber, and former Head Physical Therapist and Assistant Strength Coach for the New York Mets.

He received his Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Physioneurobiology / Premedicine from the University of Connecticut (Top 5 university in the country for physical therapy and sports medicine) and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

FYI I just copy and pasted/paraphrased all of this. I didn't know who he was until now and have been looking him up.

@sylva Take those degrees with a grain of salt.

He has some good advice, and a lot of bad advice. I used to like him a lot until I realized that with some exercises, he really doesn’t know what the hell he’s talking about.

@sgj Interesting, thanks for letting me know! As I mentioned in another comment, I’m new to this community and also new to Jeff and ATHLEAN-X.

I’ll definitely heed your advice. Any specific channels you’d recommend?
