@endalldisease The app is good, since it has links to videos of the exercises. The first time I did it, I actually read the whole thing then when I had questions I would stop, research, and continue. It took me about an hour and fifteen minutes.
 
@endalldisease The latter - before I was able to do dips and pullups the normal workout took me about 45 minutes, now it takes me about an hour. I use 90s rest intervals between sets during strength work.

Something I missed at first is that the paired strength work exercises are interleaved to save time; you do squats, rest 90s, and then work on Isits (for you probably just work on lifting yourself with both heels down for up to 30s), then rest 90s and return to squats, etc. This guarantees a 3 minute internal between sets of each exercise, which bwf has found to be good internal.
