Matatapos na yung session ko with a coach tomorrow and one advice na sinabi niya sakin was pick a certain time na dun ka lang mag-gygym. Kung 9 p.m, ganon lang for four days para raw masanay katawan. Can I ask if this is true? Or pwede ko ba siya hindi sundin? May some days kasi na need ko gumising nang maaga for work. Is it okay if kunyari, morning monday, evening tuesday, afternoon thursday and friday? Thank you!
 
@bluemax The suggestion is pretty decent if you have a history of struggling with consistency but the "masanay ang katawan" is a poor/horrible argument. Train when and how you can above all.
 
@bluemax don’t overthink it. this is good if you’re struggling to be consistent but if you know how to handle your time, it doesn’t really matter
