Grow them Glutes

@hkmhuik You gotta take your quads out of the equation. 99% of small ass syndrome is quad dominance. Focus on contracting your glutes and relaxing your quads for every waking movement with your legs. Even standing and walking should be harder doing it glute-dominantly. Then try all those leg exercises glute/hip dominantly. PR the new way and your problem should be fixed.
