Looking for ideas. Here's mine: (though some may be more obvious)

Healthy diet for prevention of diseases and mental health. Books like how not to die, hubberman podcasts, etc all point to this. (e.g Eating veggies daily + mas madalas kumain tokwa)

Minimal sugar, if meron replaced sugar with stevia

Replace white with brown rice

Walking at least 30 minutes (mas malaki reason mental health)

Supplementing only vitamins that I dont take in my diet rather than whats mainstream taken. If I already ate foods high in vitamin B or C, I dont need to drink B or C viamins. If onti lng fatty fish o nuts, then I take vitamin E o fish oil.

Coffee after 1-1.5 hours (or at least 30 mins after waking up if di tlga kaya) to not disrupt cortisol levels

Morning sunshine 1st thing in the morning (also for better sleep sa evening as it helps the circadian system)

More water

Developing habits. Realizing its not a phase, like after ma-achieve desired weight tapos na diet or after maachieve desired body, stop na workout. Ita a lifestyle change tlga. It needs to be incorporated dialy even if you dont feel like it. Like Im motivated to eat healthy and exercise in the same way Im motivated to brush my teeth

@jonas0011 For me is that when I started, I went into my fitness journey over complicating everything. Calories in and calories out.

Sugar doesnt make you fat.

Water only doesnt hydrate you.

Sodium is not bad.

Walking is a good cardio choice.

Coke light is life.

Brown rice is not any better than regular white rice.

Gym is not everything.

I understood about human anatomy more by watching YT videos than anything in school.

Optimal progress doesnt mean the only way.

These stuff are second nature to me now, Life is good when its simplier.
