@readerjoseph I am so excited!! I've come back to this for years and show it off to ask my friend who start lifting.

It seriously brings so much joy to my life, thank you! So glad it is back online!!

@readerjoseph all my lower body work is basically on hold while I wait for surgery for a labral tear and FAI. I've been really bummed, but seeing that I can lift a moose calf or giant armadillo makes me feel a bit better about it.
